1. ORGANISER
The campaign is organised by C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS), registered at Tartu mnt 80, Tallinn, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter: Organiser).
2. IPHONE CAMPAIGN AND CAMPAIGN PARTICIPATION RULES
2.1 The campaign "Exchange your old phone for a new iPhone" (hereinafter "campaign") takes place from 24.03.2025 - 26.06.2025 (hereinafter "campaign period").
2.2. All private customers who bring any old smartphone with a value of at least €45 to the Valge Klaar store during the campaign period can participate in the campaign and exchange it for the iPhone models listed in section 2.3.
2.3. The following iPhone models participate in the campaign:
- iPhone 15
- iPhone 15 Plus
- iPhone 16e
- iPhone 16
- iPhone 16 Plus
- iPhone 16 Pro
- iPhone 16 Pro Max
2.4. If the value of the used device is at least €45, C&C EE OÜ will add €50 as a bonus to the value of the old device for the purchase of a new iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, and €100 for the purchase of iPhone 16e, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max models.
2.5. The device will be evaluated on-site by a store employee. The amount received for the device, together with the bonus, can be used to purchase a new product on the spot.
2.6. If the buyback price is acceptable, the customer will be assisted in selecting a new product in the store and will immediately receive a discount based on the value of the old device. The discount applies only to the in-stock models listed in section 2.3. The discount does not apply to services or training.
2.7. A customer can return up to 5 old devices for the purchase of a new product, but the bonus will be added only to the most valuable device, which must be worth at least €45.
2.8. By participating in the campaign, the customer confirms the accuracy of the information provided, their compliance with the campaign rules, and their agreement to the terms.
2.9. The amount received for the old device will not be reimbursed to the customer in cash or as a gift card. The amount, together with the bonus, can only be used for purchasing a new product at the time the old device is brought to the store.
2.10. The campaign applies both to individual customers as well as business customers.
2.11. C&C EE OÜ reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign or terminate the campaign early during the campaign period.
2.12. The sample offer in the campaign communication (including the homepage banner) is calculated under the following conditions: The sample offer is valid for the purchase of the iPhone 16 Pro 128 GB model if the customer returns the iPhone 14 Pro 128 GB model in perfect condition, which is worth €415. C&C EE OÜ will add €100 as a bonus and the discount for the purchase of the new iPhone 16 Pro 128 GB model is €515 in total. Without the buyback campaign, the price for the product starts at €1199, plus a private copying levy of €4. All prices include VAT.
2.13. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with partner special discounts and cannot be combined with other ongoing campaigns and company offers (including the iDealCare 0% interest offer).
3. OTHER CONDITIONS
3.1. The participant confirms that they are aware that by participating in the campaign, the Organizer will process their personal data according to C&C EE OÜ general principles of personal data processing (read more at https://www.valgeklaar.ee/privaatsuspohimotted). By submitting personal data to the Organizer during the campaign, the participant consents to the Organizer processing their personal data for sending information related to the campaign.
3.2. All disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
3.3. All complaints regarding the organization of the campaign must be sent in writing with the note "Buyback Campaign" no later than 15.07.2025 to the email address klienditugi@valgeklaar.ee

2. CAMPAIGN RULES
2.1 The campaign "Trade in your old computer for a new Mac" (hereinafter "the campaign") runs from May 2 to May 29, 2025 (hereinafter the campaign period).
2.2. All private customers who bring any old computer worth at least €45 to iDeal stores during the campaign period and trade it in for one of the Mac models listed in section 2.3 are eligible to participate.
2.3. The following Mac models are included in the campaign:
- MacBook Air 13’’ and 15’’ with M4 chip
- MacBook Pro 14’’ and 16’’ with either M4, M4 Pro or M4 Max chip
2.4. If the value of the used device is at least €45, C&C EE OÜ will add a bonus of €130 towards the purchase of a new MacBook Air with M4 chip models, and €200 towards the purchase of the MacBook Pro with M4 chip models.
2.5. The device will be assessed on-site by a store employee. The amount received for the device, including the bonus, can be used immediately towards the purchase of a new product.
2.6. If the buyback value is acceptable, the customer will be assisted in choosing a new product in-store and will receive an immediate discount based on the value of the old device. The discount applies only to in-stock models listed in section 2.3. The discount does not apply to service or training fees.
2.7. Up to 5 old devices can be traded in per new product purchase during the campaign, but the bonus will be added only to the value of one device — the one with the highest value (minimum €45).
2.8. By participating in the campaign, the participant confirms the accuracy of the information provided to the Organizer, compliance with the campaign rules, and agreement with the terms.
2.9. The value received for the old device will not be paid out in cash or as a gift card. The amount, including the bonus, can only be used immediately towards the purchase of a new product when the old device is brought in.
2.10. The campaign is valid only for private customers.
2.11. C&C EE OÜ reserves the right to change the campaign conditions or end the campaign early during the campaign period.
2.12. This campaign offer cannot be used in conjunction with partner discounts or combined with other ongoing campaigns or company offers (including the iDealCare 0% interest offer). The campaign can be used with the LHV installment plan offer.
