This document defines the legal relations between the visitor of the online shop valgeklaar.ee, i.e. the Buyer, and its administrator iDeal Group AS, i.e. the Seller, when purchasing goods from the online shop.
By placing an order and making payment in the e-shop, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the order.
Product range and prices
Buyers can familiarise themselves with the products in the online shop by reading the descriptions of the products and looking at the illustrative pictures. If the Buyer needs further information about a product before deciding to order, the Buyer may contact Valge Klaar's customer support.
All prices in the online shop are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at 20%.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these conditions and the prices of its products unilaterally. Any changes to the pricing will take effect from the moment the information is presented on valgeklaar.ee. If the Buyer submits his order before the price change comes into effect, he will be subject to the price reflected on the order confirmation at the time of placing the order.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the transaction was made in error, i.e. if the product was displayed with an incorrect price.
Delivery of goods
The Seller will deliver the ordered products or Goods to the Buyer upon receipt of payment.
If the delivery time of the ordered goods is "1–3 days", the delivery time of the products to the store is mainly the next working day.
When ordering by parcel machine or by courier, the Buyer will receive the goods at the desired location one to three working days later, i.e. on the third working day.
The buyer can choose between the following delivery options:
- SmartPOST/Omniva parcel machines in Estonia – price 3.90 €
- Courier in Estonia – price 6.90 €
- Same day courier 8.90 €
- Pick up from the store – free of charge
Placing and paying for your order
If the Buyer is sure that the product is suitable for them, the Buyer can add the product to the shopping cart and place the order by clicking on the link "Place Order". When the Buyer fills in the order form, they will automatically receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address specified in the order form or be redirected to payment according to the preference chosen by the Buyer.
- The Buyer can pay for the order in the online shop:
- By bank transfer
- By credit card
- By invoice
The order prepared by the Buyer shall be deemed an offer within the meaning of the Law of Obligations Act (LOA). The Seller does not have to notify the Buyer separately of its acceptance of the order. The contract for the sale of the Products shall be deemed to have been concluded (entry into force of the Contract) as from the date of receipt of the amount due under the order confirmation in the Seller's current account and the Seller has proceeded to fulfil the order.
Return of the goods ordered from e-shop
The Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods or request a refund within 14 days. In order to return the goods, an application with a copy of the invoice must be sent to the Seller by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The Buyer also has the right to cancel the order before payment has been made. This must be notified by writing to email@example.com with a statement to this effect.
Goods which are not returnable due to health or hygienic considerations and which have been opened after delivery, such as earphones, cannot be returned. It is also not possible to return audio and video recordings or computer software with an open envelope.
The seller has the right to reduce the returnable amount in proportion to the depreciation of the goods, if the goods are dirty, show signs of use or wear, or the packaging is damaged.
The return of the Goods shall be at the Buyer's expense. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer without undue delay, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal, all invoiced fees received from the Buyer. The Buyer shall return the Goods as soon as possible but not later than 14 days.
If the goods ordered do not correspond to the order, the costs of replacement and return shall be borne by the Seller. The Buyer will be reimbursed for the returned goods as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days.
How to return the goods?
The Buyer can return the goods by Itella Smartpost parcel point; using a courier or return the goods to Valge Klaar's stores.

Important: Please pack the item in such a way that the parcel can withstand the ordinary incidents of the transit.
Neither party shall be liable to the other party and its conduct shall not be deemed a breach of these terms and conditions by reason of its delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the cause of such delay or failure was beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). The Seller shall in such circumstances use its best endeavours to resolve the matter for the Buyer as soon as possible.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer and the Seller shall be guided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia and other acts regulating the relations between the parties. Any disagreements and disputes arising from the performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by the parties primarily through negotiations. If disputes arising from the Contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, both the Buyer and the Seller shall have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or to the courts to defend their rights.
